1. Booking and Payment
1.1 A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit (30% of total cost).
1.2 Full payment is due 30 days before the trip departure date.
1.3 Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.
2.2 Cancellations 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund.
2.3 Cancellations 15-30 days before departure: 25% refund.
2.4 Cancellations less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
3. Travel Insurance
3.1 Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all our trips.
3.2 Insurance must cover helicopter evacuation up to 6,000m altitude for trekking packages.
4. Liability
4.1 SnowPeak Tour acts as an agent for accommodations, transportation, and other services.
4.2 We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Health and Fitness
5.1 Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate.
5.2 Our guides reserve the right to alter itineraries or exclude participants for safety reasons.
6. Respect for Local Culture
6.1 Participants agree to respect local customs, traditions, and environments.
6.2 Any illegal activities will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
